We can look at any property that you may wish to buy subject to the agents allowing you to buy ‘blind’ (i.e. based just on our viewing and description of the house). We produce a short advantages/disadvantages list and include a descriptive of the house and surroundings identifying any faults with the house and possible costs for putting these things right. Photos are also provided as part of the report.
You wouldn't buy an old car without a Garage Report or an MOT so when you are buying your ‘little bit of France’ would you consider buying a house without a specialist report on its condition, which will identify defects which may need attention?
