Or ask for a pre inspection before purchase independent verbal report. With more than 20 years of experience working on French properties we can point you in the right direction to help you make an informed decision.

For a ‘viewing’ of a property if you are unable to view yourself

We can look at any property that you may wish to buy subject to the agents allowing you to buy ‘blind’ (i.e. based just on our viewing and description of the house).  We produce a short advantages/disadvantages list and include a descriptive of the house and surroundings identifying any faults with the house and possible costs for putting these things right.  Photos are also provided as part of the report.   

Why have a survey?

You wouldn't buy an old car without a Garage Report or an MOT so when you are buying your ‘little bit of France’ would you consider buying a house without a specialist report on its condition, which will identify defects which may need attention? 


Those defects could cost a lot of money to repair and  dream houses can turn into a Nightmares! We can spend at least 4 to 5 hours looking at a property, and have the experience to pick up on faults which you may not see during your visit(s) with an Agent. 


Many Dreams turn out to be Money Pits!
